Hi Herbert.  I'm not sure if we've ever met since there are so many Zaycos but Tita Zeny Rodriguez-LaRocque sent me this site.  My name is Marilyn "Mars" Bonnin-Dowers.  I'm the eldest daughter of Gabriel "Gabby" Bonnin.  It's really awesome how you can compile all this information to build this website.  I just wanted to inform you of the correct birthday of my dad which is the 3rd of May 1927 and not the 9th.  Again, thank you and I hope more close and distant relatives respond and make this site a success.  If you have any questions about my family, let me know.  Mars

My name is Hugh Crawford. My family used to live above Gabby at his home in Makati during the 90's. Bernard and Gabby were both godfathers of my daughter Irish. I was sorry to hear of Bernard's death last November. I enjoyed both the company of your Dad and his brother Bernard. Especially those nights we consumed some rum together. Both your Dad and Bernard were such interesting characters. How could anyone forget them? I know I never will.

I also knew your Tito Johnny from Bacolod before he passed away. We moved to Silay in the mid 90's and finally returned to Canada in 1999. I believed we actually met you and your sister before we moved to Silay. Irish would have been a small baby when we met.
